Thirty coins went out in this lot: twenty silver Maples and ten Peace dollars. Canada’s Silver Maple Leaf has been issued since 1988 and is one of the few bullion programs to keep a single reverse design throughout, the sugar maple leaf. Set beside Peace dollars from the 1920s and 1930s, the group covers both ends of what people mean by silver – modern bullion bought by weight and classic coinage bought by date.
