Owl, angel and 250 are the three designs noted in this group of gold cards, each holding 1/1000 of a troy ounce. That works out to roughly 0.03 of a gram, laminated into a card so that a quantity of gold otherwise impossible to handle can be stored, mailed and given as a gift. They serve as novelties far more than as a way to accumulate metal.
The set is in the shop in St. Augustine. Worth seeing in person if you have never handled one, because the gold layer is genuinely hard to believe.
