How is a pre-owned watch priced?
Each watch is priced individually against what that exact reference is selling for on the current market — real transactions, not a book value — adjusted for condition, originality, box and papers, and service history.
Before it is listed, every watch is verified through Watch Certification Services of America (Watch CSA) and run on a timegrapher in-house. Trade-ins apply toward anything in the case, and a reference we do not have can usually be sourced through our dealer network, often within about 72 hours.

- The Vault & Co. is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands it sells.
- Trade-ins are welcome — the value of a watch, gold, coins, or jewelry brought to the counter can apply toward anything in store.
- The Vault & Co. sells in store at 112 N Ponce de Leon Blvd in downtown St. Augustine and online at callthevault.com.
- The counter is open seven days a week — Monday to Friday 9–6, Saturday 10–4, Sunday 11–4 — and no appointment is needed to shop.
- All sales are final; an order that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described is replaced or refunded.

Are your watches authentic?
Every watch is verified by Watch Certification Services of America before it comes through our door and checked on a timegrapher in-house — a third party's word, not just ours. We are an independent reseller and not affiliated with any watch brand.
Do pre-owned watches come with box and papers?
Some do. A full set is priced higher and the listing says exactly what is included; a head-only watch is priced accordingly and is just as authenticated.
Can you find a specific reference for me?
Usually. We are part of a national dealer network and can source most references, often within about 72 hours — call (904) 500-2646 with the model and we will quote it.
Can I buy online, or do I have to come in?
Both. Everything in the case is listed at callthevault.com; online orders ship within 1–3 business days of verified payment by a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), or choose pickup and collect it at the counter in downtown St. Augustine. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we replace it or refund it. Coins and bullion bought from us can be brought back for a buyback offer priced from the spot market, premiums, and condition that day.
Do I need an appointment to shop?
No — walk in. The counter is open Monday to Friday 9–6, Saturday 10–4, and Sunday 11–4 at 112 N Ponce de Leon Blvd. Call ahead only if you want a specific item set aside or want to see something we may need to bring out of the safe.
