How is new jewelry priced?
New pieces are priced on their materials — the gold by weight and karat against the live market, the stones by grade — plus the work in them, without a boutique markup. Every listing names the karat and, for diamonds, whether the stone is natural or lab-grown and which laboratory graded it when it has a report.
The short version
- Authenticity is verified in-house before an item is listed — XRF testing, UV light, magnet, weight and measurement checks for metals, Entrupy authentication for designer goods.

- The counter is open seven days a week — Monday to Friday 9–6, Saturday 10–4, Sunday 11–4 — and no appointment is needed to shop.
- Online orders ship within 1–3 business days of verified payment by trackable carrier — USPS, UPS, or FedEx — or can be picked up at the counter in St. Augustine.
- All sales are final; an order that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described is replaced or refunded.
- Trade-ins are welcome — the value of a watch, gold, coins, or jewelry brought to the counter can apply toward anything in store.

Is "new" really unworn?
Yes — new jewelry here means a piece that has never been sold or worn. Estate pieces are listed separately and always described as pre-owned.
Can I trade in old jewelry toward a new piece?
Yes. Bring it to the counter; it is weighed and XRF-tested in front of you and the value applies toward anything in the case.
Can I buy online, or do I have to come in?
Both. Everything in the case is listed at callthevault.com; online orders ship within 1–3 business days of verified payment by a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), or choose pickup and collect it at the counter in downtown St. Augustine. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we replace it or refund it. Coins and bullion bought from us can be brought back for a buyback offer priced from the spot market, premiums, and condition that day.
How can I pay?
Online: Zelle, bank transfer or wire, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal — any fee is shown on the product page and at checkout, not after. In store: ask at the counter. Larger purchases may need identity verification before they ship.
