Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

High-value items may require additional verification prior to shipment. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Vault & Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient
• For insured shipments, claims must follow carrier guidelines
• The Vault & Co. is not responsible for theft after delivery
