Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Vault & Co., we put your experience first. While most purchases are final, if an issue ever arises, we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

1) Final Sale — All Products

  • All products are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchase, including but not limited to coins, bullion, watches, purses, jewelry, accessories, and collectibles.

  • We may make exceptions in special circumstances at our sole discretion.

2) Buyback Option (Not a Return)

If, after purchase, you wish to “return” a coin or bullion item, we offer buyback services subject to:

  • Live metal spot prices and current market premiums at the time we evaluate the item;

  • The item’s condition and authenticity upon inspection.
    Buyback quotes are not guaranteed and may fluctuate with market volatility.

Note: Buyback is available for coin/bullion only (not watches, purses, jewelry, or other merchandise).

3) Damaged, Incorrect, or “Not as Advertised”

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as advertised:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@thevaultand.co or 904-500-2646.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item(s).

  3. After review, we will either replace the item or issue a refund for the affected item(s).

    • If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Items must include all original packaging and accessories.

4) Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately. If the order has not been fulfilled & dropped off with the carrier we will cancel and refund.

  • After shipment: Follow Section 3 (if there’s an issue) or Section 2 (buyback for coin/bullion).

5) Packaging & Inspection

  • Please retain all packaging until any issue is resolved.

  • All returns (when authorized) are subject to inspection and verification of the exact item shipped.

  • Evidence of tampering, component swaps, or altered serials/holders may void eligibility.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Lost Packages

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once we hand the package to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • We are not liable for items lost in transit after carrier acceptance or for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

  • We strongly recommend signature confirmation, insured shipping, and using a secure delivery address.

  • If a package is delayed, misrouted, or marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier to initiate a trace/claim; we’ll assist where possible.
