Open your banking app and go to Zelle. Add us as a business recipient using the number below. Enter your total and include your Order # in the memo (e.g. Order #12345).
Open the Venmo app and search the handle below. Confirm the profile shows The Vault & Co., enter your total, add your Order # in the note, and tap Pay.

Send payment directly from your bank as an ACH credit or domestic wire. Include your Order # in the memo. ACH typically posts in 1–3 business days; domestic wires usually post same-day if sent before your bank's cutoff.
By sending payment through any third-party method — Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Bank Transfer — you acknowledge and agree to The Vault & Co.'s full Terms & Conditions, including all policies on payments, chargebacks, and refunds.

For ACH, submit as a standard ACH credit; for wire, choose a domestic wire transfer (bank fees may apply). Include your website Order # in the memo (e.g., “Order #12345”) so we can match and ship promptly. ACH typically posts in 1–3 business days; domestic wires usually post same-day if sent before your bank’s cutoff. Your order status will be “On Hold” until payment is confirmed. Once confirmed it will be updated to “Processing” and then packaged and shipped. Once Shipped it will be set to “Completed”
Some banks may charge a small fee for ACH or wire transfers. These fees are set by your bank and are not included in your order total or collected by The Vault & Co.
